The Process Improvement Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organization by leading process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across global and local teams to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and ensure alignment with best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, and Design Thinking.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert in Process Documentation (ISO QMS) and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking).
• Lead and support global/local process documentation (PD) and continuous improvement (CI) projects from planning to execution.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, benchmarking, and ideation workshops.
• Analyze operational data to support improvements and future-state process design.
• Oversee project activities including documentation (charters, WBS, communication plans), training, and measurement of improvement gains.
• Maintain and update project trackers, action logs, and documentation repositories.
• Provide expert consultation and mentoring to Process Improvement Analysts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through engagement and awareness activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (BS Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified (Green Belt training preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement in a shared services or BPO environment. 1–2 years of project management experience.
• ISO 9001 QMS Documentation certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Visio, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology is an advantage.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong documentation and presentation abilities.

• Hybrid setup: 3 days onsite per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Location: Makati
• Work hours: Flexible to be assigned to any schedule/ project
