What is your mission?

We are looking for a Market Research And Marketing Insights Analyst to lead market research and intelligence initiatives that analyze local and national market trends, customer demand, and competitive dynamics. This role transforms market data, investment‑relevant insights, and marketing performance analytics, including Google Analytics 4, into clear reports and dashboards that support strategic decision‑making, marketing prioritization, and investment analysis for leadership and stakeholders.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Lead market research initiatives covering local and national markets, demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and regional trends
• Produce market research and intelligence reports that support strategic planning, market selection, and capital allocation decisions
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and market signals that inform marketing strategy and investment priorities
• Analyse Google Analytics 4 data to assess audience behaviour and digital demand signals
• Synthesize marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and external market research data into actionable insights
• Develop visual dashboards and presentation‑ready reports using data visualization tools to communicate findings clearly
• Translate complex data into decision‑ready narratives for marketing leaders, executives, and investor audiences
• Partner with marketing, investment, and leadership teams to align research insights with business objectives
• Support content and messaging development by translating market insights into data‑backed narratives for reports and thought leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least eight (8) years of experience in market research, marketing insights, investment research, or a related analytical role
• Demonstrated experience producing market research reports and investor‑facing insights
• Active or prior Google Analytics 4 certification, with hands‑on daily usage experience
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to leverage market data, customer data, and marketing performance metrics to construct meaningful insights and patterns
• Advanced capability in data storytelling, translating findings into concise, accurate, and strategic narratives
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with clarity, structure, and audience‑appropriate tone
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
