Inventory Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring inbound deliveries and ensure proper encoding and system tagging of items
- Support regular physical inventory counts, warehouse mapping audit and inventory validation activities
- Help prepare write-off reports in coordination with the Warehouse Manager
- Monitor and process product returns from stores and online channels
- Review returned items and classify them as saleable, damaged, expired, or for disposal
- Update inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements in the system
- Help prepare weekly inventory and returns reports using Excel
- Coordinate with concerned teams regarding inventory and return issues
- Assist in audit requirements related to inventory records
- Provide administrative support to the Inventory Control Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory, retail operations, or return processing
- Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and systematic in documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/FEFO practices is an advantage
