• Expected salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000 per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, and Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail industry is a PLUS.
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• With excellent analytical and organizational skills

DUTIES:

• Assist Brand Managers in preparation of scheduled reports by extracting reports from SAP system
• Generate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Manage and monitor Brand Team’s supplies
• Provide assistance to the team in providing updated competitive research and other related information available online in relation to all brands.
• Input to SAP and monitoring of Warranty Claims and Vendor Support Claims
• Request Creation of MMF Samples
• Manage Purchase Orders of product samples
• Monitoring and management of inventory of product samples and all physical marketing collaterals provided by the principal brands
• Update SKU class in SAP
