Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Graphic Design, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related creative/communications role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.
- Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to conduct store monitoring and produce clear reports with photos and insights.
- Marketing Collateral Design: Design a wide range of materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, retail displays, and event signage for all 4 brands
- Real-Time Asset Generation: Support the Brand Experience Lead during events by quickly producing graphic requirements that maintain the luxury brand voice during activations
- Production Management: Prepare technical, print-ready files for large-scale displays at luxury hotel venues and mall-based activations, ensuring all specs meet vendor requirements
- Brand Template Development: Create and maintain brand-consistent design templates for recurring content types (promotions, product launches, testimonials) that the team can efficiently adapt
- Execution Hub Collaboration: Work effectively within the 15-person Creative Hub team using asynchronous tools to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Visual Consistency: Ensure all graphic outputs adhere to each brand's design system (typography, color palettes, imagery style) as defined by the Creative Lead
- File Management: Maintain organized, properly labeled source files in shared drives for all design assets, ensuring easy access and version control
