Job Description: Asian Coatings is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Traditional Trade Salesman. This position offers the opportunity to represent our brand in the vibrant market of Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
Account Management: Identify and prioritize potential accounts in the assigned territory, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate to secure new business opportunities.
Collection of Receivables: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Supervision of Technical Representatives: Provide guidance and support to Technical Representatives under your supervision, including training, performance evaluation, expense monitoring, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and development within the territory.
Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs promptly, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably experienced in sales - paint or construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and owns a motorcycle.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Speaking Chinese (Mandarin/Hokkien) is an advantage.
