Supervise warehousing activities to ensure that both incoming and outgoing products are being handled in accordance with good warehousing practices
Ensure that production standards are being maintained.
Plan and assign work for most efficient use of personnel and equipment.
Recommend and implement improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, quicker service, and lower costs
Implement and execute effective staff development programs to ensure a solid succession plan is in place for future advancement for members at each level
Develop quarterly/yearly smart goals that support a mindset of continuous improvement

Qualifications/Requirements

MALE
Bachelor's degree holder in any field.
Can communicate and understand both mandarin and Chinese
Must have working knowledge pertaining to warehouse operations
Attention to detail.
2-5 years operational experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Leadership experience in a production/warehouse environment
Computer Literate
