Job Summary

The role also supports daily operations, meetings, training, and administrative activities.

• Provide accurate interpretation during meetings, training sessions, production activities, and daily communications.
• Translate documents, reports, work instructions, emails, manuals, and other business correspondence between Japanese and English.
• Assist Japanese expatriates in communicating with employees, suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
• Coordinate and support Japanese visitors and expatriates with administrative and operational requirements.
• Interpret during audits, inspections, and customer visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and translated documents.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Support various departments by facilitating effective communication between Japanese and local staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3,N2 or N1 preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Experience as a Japanese Interpreter or Translator is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
