Position Overview:
Focus: Online Shop Platforms, Order Fulfillment, Live SellingNote: Coordinate closely with the Marketing Associate and Multimedia Artist for product campaign rollouts and content scheduling.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Coordination in handling the day-to-day operations of the company's various social media platforms and online platforms.
- Creating product listings on online marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada and other ecommerce platforms.
- Responsible for relaying product information to the customers.
- Implement and execute digital marketing campaign/strategy to promote product and gain sales.
- Responsible for relaying product information to the customers.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Managing stock by arranging returns, refunds, and exchanges where appropriate.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability.
- Process customer orders by coordinating with concerned staff or courier service.
- Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery dates, and delivery tracking numbers.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Tracking the status of each shipment and if we receive the payment of the items.
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business in defined accounts.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Handling live selling operations and communication with the customers as moderator. (this includes analytics and reports after live) (Knowledgeable about StreamKey, OBS, etc.)
- Schedule posts on all social media platforms; check if posted
- Submit daily productivity reports to Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, and other related business courses
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital/Online Selling and Marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- With pleasing personality
- With broad knowledge in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
- With great customer service/support
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent managerial skills for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
