About the role

Based in our Iloilo City office, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

1. Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and other key financial documents
3. Oversee the work of the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
4. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
5. Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic financial initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a valid CPA certification (optional)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the audio equipment manufacturing industry
3. Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
4. Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
