About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team at Mad Sun Travel and Tours' in Cubao, Quezon City. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our corporate division.

• Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Actively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels
• Conducting presentations to showcase our offerings
• Negotiating deals and closing sales transactions
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the team to contribute to the overall sales strategy and performance

• Relevant experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
