Job Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Organic Social Media Manager (TikTok / IG / FB) with 5+ years of experience to develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and viral growth across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.Working across a diverse client portfolio, you will be responsible for creating platform-specific content strategies, identifying emerging trends, growing engaged online communities, and delivering measurable organic growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands platform algorithms, and has a proven ability to build high-performing social media brands through strategic content and community management.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours | Australian Eastern Time (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies that drive viral growth across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience trends.
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, and formats to maximize organic reach and engagement.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions while fostering brand loyalty.
- Monitor platform analytics and optimize content based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce engaging, platform-native content.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging social media trends.
Requirements:
- 7+ years managing organic social media for established brands.
- Proven track record of achieving viral content growth and scaling social media communities organically.
- Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms.
- Experience managing and growing online communities with excellent community management skills.
- Strong copywriting and content planning abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable growth in followers, engagement, reach, and organic performance.
