About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Staff to join our dynamic team at Hyundai Laguna Inc. As an Administrative Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a full-time position based in Binan City Laguna, where you will contribute to the smooth running of our administrative functions.
What you'll be doing- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, processing, and reporting
- Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies
- Continuously look for ways to improve administrative efficiency and productivity
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach
