Software Engineer II (Windows/Linux OS)

• Lead ongoing production activities, identifying improvements, implementing changes, and maintaining system configurations.
• Operate independently and as part of a technical team in an international and multi-cultural environment.
• Ensure compliance with the organization's Operational Risk and Operations Control Governance.
• Participate in group audits, responding to queries from regulators and auditors while ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Possesses at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Operating System products, with a minimum of 3 years supporting Windows or Linux server clusters.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with ADO DevOps is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both engineers and senior management.
