About the Role
As an HR Generalist with our organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in building an exceptional workforce and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Graduate of Psychology, BS/BA major in Human Resource Management, or any equivalent degree
- The ideal candidate should be an HR generalist with at least 3 years of relevant experience in day-to-day HR activities and programs, specifically but not limited to:
- Employee Relations – Handling ER Cases
- Compensation and Benefits – Statutory and Internal
- Employee Onboarding – New Hire Onboarding
- Employee Information and File Management – HRIS data entry and HRIS reports generation
- Knowledge in Philippine Employee Relations Management
- Knowledge in Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Knowledgeable and skilled in compensation and benefits handling
- Knowledge in Documentation, inventory and reports generation (clinic supplies reports, coordination with office messenger, etc.)
- Knows HR Technology and Data Management
- Highly analytical and with high initiative
- With good verbal and written English communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Highly resilient and adaptable to change; high emotional intelligence
- Amenable to working on-site (IT Park, Cebu/ Robinsons Cybergate Delta, Davao)
- Employee Relations
- In charge of Employee Relations Cases relating to VAP Employee Minor cases up to the closure of the case
- In charge of employee transfers/ reprofiling - transfer for the reprofile process
- Onboarding of New Hires
- Assists in the preparation of New Hire Kits
- Assists in conducting New Hire Orientation
- Compensation and Benefits
- Processes VAP Emergency Loans
- Processes VAP Service Awards
- In charge of COE generation and release
- HRIS Management
- HRIS Data Entry
- Other HRIS Data/ Admin Management
- May serve as backup on functions completed by HR team members
- HRIS Reports, systems, processes and policy improvements and innovations
