Your primary goal is to hit sales targets while building strong, long-term relationships with sari-sari stores, groceries, and other retail accounts.

• Route Management: Execute daily itinerary and visit all assigned outlets within the designated territory.
• Order Generation: Present product portfolios, promotions, and new launches to store owners to secure maximum orders (booking).
• Relationship Building: Maintain excellent rapport with existing customers and actively prospect for new accounts to expand market coverage.
• Merchandising Excellence: Ensure products are properly displayed, stock is rotated (FEFO/FIFO), and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) are effectively utilized.
• Inventory Monitoring: Check store inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and suggest appropriate order quantities.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide feedback to the sales supervisor.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales volume, reach, and productivity KPIs.
• Reporting: Accurately document daily sales activities, collections (if applicable), and customer feedback using provided sales tools or handheld devices.
