• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes

• At least 3 months of BPO (Call Center) experience
• Open to candidates with any educational attainment
• Good communication skills in English

• Willing to work on a day shift schedule
