About the Role:
The Trucking & Transportation Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving strategic goals. We seek a results-driven professional with a proven ability to connect with clients, ideally with an existing network, and experience in Logistics, FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or B2B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies.
- Generate leads, present proposals, and close sales to meet targets.
- Manage sales pipelines and client databases.
- Expand market share with existing clients.
- Provide strategic business thinking for market expansion.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Report to BSD Directors/CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in Logistics, Transportation & Freight Forwarding is a MUST for this role
- Proven sales record in warehouse distribution, transportation, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and lead and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work in Makati City and to travel as necessary
