Overview:
We appreciate your cooperation — this step ensures a smooth and fair review of your application.This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system efficiency, and assisting with IT-related projects.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Assist with software updates, system maintenance, and backups.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting IT systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent.
