As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a highly driven and results-oriented Business Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing e-commerce business.

• As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing business operations, leading teams, improving performance, and driving sustainable revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce business
• Manage and support a small operational team, including admin assistants and technical support staff
• Ensure smooth order processing, customer service operations, and backend workflows
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to support growth
• Analyze business performance, operational data, and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance
• Monitor and manage the performance of external marketing and PPC partners
• Approve refunds, discounts, and customer-impacting operational decisions where appropriate
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate improvements, and oversee service delivery standards
• Handle scheduling, attendance, performance management, and day-to-day people management responsibilities
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development processes
• Provide regular operational and performance updates to the business owner
• Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation, and operational workflows
• Support the business in scaling revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, or E-commerce Leadership
• Strong understanding of online retail and e-commerce operations
• Experience managing small teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Experience improving workflows, operational processes, and customer experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and business data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with suppliers, agencies, and external providers
• Familiarity with Magento or the ability to quickly learn new e-commerce systems and platforms
• Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment
• Willingness to work UK shift hours
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
