Call Center Representative - Chat Support Retail Account Up to 27k Package
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our team at DIMO Enterprises & Overseas Placement Agency. In this full-time position based in Cainta, Rizal, you will provide exceptional chat support to customers across our retail account.As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the voice of our company, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality. This role is essential to our customer service operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Achieve and maintain performance metrics including response time, resolution time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly via chat
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers
- Proficiency in using computer systems and chat platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Patience and calm demeanour when handling difficult or frustrated customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential
