About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an experienced ESL Teacher to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to our diverse student population.
What you'll be doing- Conduct English lessons for students of varying levels in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with learning objectives.
- Support students in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English proficiency.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- No prior teaching background required; training will be provided.
- At least 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or related experience is a plus.
- Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about helping students learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners.
