What is your mission
  • Establish auditing, reporting and follow-thru gudelines and tools to facilitate validation and verification of compliance and other pertinent standard to which the management system must comply.
  • Organize regular audit engagement with each department to verify compliance with documented standards and extend support with advisory services to be compliant
  • Be the point of contact (POC) in coordinating for ISO-related certifications
  • Organize regular governance before Compliance Steering committee to update team on internal process compliance, escalate recurring issues and recommendations for corrective action and escalate support needed to address challenges and resources needed.
  • Develop competencies of identified Internal Quality Auditors per department
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any fields.
  • Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to communicate and work with middle and top line management as well as work with cross-functional teams.
  • High levels of coordination and organization in organizing and conduct of audit engagement.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
