Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate (K-12) or completed at least 2 years in college; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
