Technical Consultants possess extensive knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, networking, and internet services. This position will require the employee to collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized technical solutions that streamline their operations and contribute to their business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their technical needs, and assess current infrastructure.
- Develop and present customized technical solutions leveraging our products and services to address client challenges.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
- Provide training to clients and team members on new technologies and solutions. Offer ongoing support post-implementation.
- Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle with prompt and effective solutions.
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project deliverables.
- Continuously research and stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Documenting information system and application instructions
- Determining information system requirements and defining project objectives
- Making recommendations such as appropriate hardware, software and systems
- Analyzing the organization’s data
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, E-Commerce or a related field
- Relevant certifications and training programs regarding IT, etc. are a plus
- Proven experience (2+ years) in technical consulting or a similar role within the IT services industry
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in English is a significant advantage
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
