Visual Merchandising Specialist

What you'll do:

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you support the Brand and Sales teams by ensuring excellent visibility programs execution in all trade channels , optimized brand or sales budget and collaborating with third-party POSM suppliers to achieve visibility objectives in terms of quality and innovative merchandising materials in all channels.

• Gather and organize data to help plan effective product displays in stores for category management implementation
• Create and implement visually appealing shelf layouts (Catman and Spaceman generated planogram) in line with the business strategy
• Work with stores to ensure displays are set up correctly and maintained.
• Assist with marketing projects and special events, contributing to brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to increase sales, such as suggesting promotions or new product placements.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
• Manage budget and resources related to visual merchandising activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles, including layout and design, is a plus
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software (SketchUp is a plus)
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze data and track performance
