About the role
As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning services to our valued corporate clients. What you'll be doing
Handling all aspects of business travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Providing personalised travel recommendations and itinerary planning based on client needs and preferences
Maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and understanding their specific travel requirements
Navigating complex travel policies and regulations to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
Responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any travel-related issues that may arise

What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate travel or travel agency role
Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in travel booking systems and online reservation platforms
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing client needs and travel requirements
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
