We are looking for a detail-oriented AP professional who understands the nuances of the U.S. financial landscape.

The Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will manage the full AP life cycle for our U.S. operations. This isn't just data entry; we need a professional who understands international accounting standards and can navigate the complexities of U.S. vendor relations, tax documentation, and cross-border financial data.

• Full-Cycle AP: Process and ensure proper approval of all vendor bills.
• Banking & Compliance: Prepare check runs and upload Positive Pay reports; maintain accurate W-9 and COI databases.
• Dispute Resolution: Proactively resolve discrepancies in POs, invoices, and payments.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Global Collaboration: Support U.S.-based sales and project management teams in real-time.

• Experience: At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Accounting or AP functions handling US counterparts.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to commit to a Permanent Night Shift to align with U.S. business hours.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Excel is a must).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Availability: Can start immediately

• Experience with U.S. Tax Forms (W-9/1099).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Accounting Seed, or QuickBooks.
