CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

Royal Kites Travel & Tours is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasay City Metro Manila.

1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
2. Assisting customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and related services
3. Handling customer complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
6. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable navigating various travel booking systems
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to customer needs
4. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
5. Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and verbal
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
