POSITION: MALE BUTCHER / MERCHANDISER

LOCATION: PUREGOLD TALISAY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cut, trim, bone, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) for sale.
Ensure all products are processed according to food safety regulations and company standards.
Monitor freshness and quality of meat; rotate stock and remove outdated items.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and tools.
Set up and maintain visually appealing displays and meat cases to maximize product visibility and sales.
Label and price meat products accurately, ensuring compliance with labeling laws.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and reordering.
Coordinate with other departments for promotional displays and featured items.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers regarding meat cuts, cooking tips, and product recommendations.
Fulfill custom meat cutting or special order requests.
Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and efficiently.

QUALIFICATION:

At least a High School or ALS graduate
With at least experience in fresh section or have certificate related in Meat Cutting or slaughter house
Must have complete government requirements:

SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, Birth Certificate, NBI

No visible tattoos
