Job Description:

  • Politely answer calls using telephone script, and screen and forward the calls.
  • Politely greet guests and screen and forward them to the correct contact person.
  • Accept utility billings, communications, PO deliveries, etc. hand in hand with the Security Guard on duty.
  • Assist with Sales and Marketing activities as needed and requested.
  • Assist CMU staff in disbursement of check payments.
  • Assist in handling/queuing the applicants during HR and Sales recruitment activities.
  • Assist in decorating the office during different seasons and during activities that may require a coordinated look in the office premises.
  • Assist Building Administrator in calling for the following services: photocopier repair, printer repair, aircon cleaning and repair, and pest control services.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of any business related course.
  • With excellent customer service skills.
  • 2 years related work experience.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Pleasing personality.
