Job Description:
- Performs preventive maintenance of the building's electrical system.
- Assisting the Contractors and tenants on their monthly preventive maintenance
- Rendering assistance and overseeing the request of tenants on such repair works.
- Conduct tenant's monthly meter readings of the power consumption
- Conduct daily electrical inspection reports on equipment and lighting at the perimeter areas.
- Conduct daily mechanical inspection reports.
- Performs daily work routine.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
