The role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at TTEC Cebu 2'. As a Non-Voice CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through various digital communication channels, ensuring our customers' inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing exceptional customer service through digital communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with various digital communication platforms
  5. A positive and customer-centric attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  6. Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred but not essential
