We are looking for driven and resourceful Talent Recruiter to collaborate closely with senior recruiters in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber candidates for specialist and leadership positions within electrical, mechanical engineering, construction, and project management sectors across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Cold Calling: Actively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, including cold calling, networking, and direct headhunting efforts.
  • Industry-Specific Recruitment: Leverage experience in recruiting for engineering and construction roles to accurately assess candidate suitability and industry alignment.
  • Market Mapping & Candidate Research: Conduct comprehensive searches using internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Promote clients’ employer brands and job opportunities, while maintaining strong and professional candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Application Process Support: Guide and support candidates through every step of the recruitment and selection process, providing timely updates and interview preparation.
  • Initial Screening & Interviews: Perform first-round interviews and assessments to determine skill, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed candidate profiles, market insights, and job descriptions to support recruitment decisions.
  • Client & Candidate Service: Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hiring for engineering and construction sectors (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure, or related disciplines).
  • Confident with cold calling and proactive candidate engagement techniques.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and tools within the UK and European engineering and construction markets is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
