Cashier / Counter Crew

Position Summary

The Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while accurately and efficiently handling all financial transactions. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a strong attention to detail, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized service to guests and clients
• Accurately process payments using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Handle high-value transactions with precision and confidentiality
• Ensure proper cash handling, balancing of cash drawers, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain a refined, organized, and visually appealing cashier area
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or issues with courtesy and discretion
• Collaborate with sales associates, supervisors, and management to ensure seamless service
• Adhere strictly to company policies, security procedures, and brand standards
• Assist with gift wrapping, invoicing, and premium customer services when required

• At least 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail or F&B
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or high-volume environments
• Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet in handling sensitive information
