IT Officer - AI and Analytics Specialist

Job description

• Ensure operational excellence in IT service delivery, maintaining high service levels and minimizing downtime
• Develop and implement AI-based applications to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance process efficiency, with a primary focus on the finance department
• Document IT/SAP processes and workflows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with audit requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with the audit team to provide timely and accurate documentation, addressing compliance needs and facilitating seamless audits
• Leverage analytics to derive actionable insights that support decision-making and business strategy.
• Maintain and improve the SAP ERP and IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation.
• 1. Provide technical support and assistance for the IT service requirements of Vienovo Philippines, Inc.

Prepares detailed business I.T. network diagram / I.T. documentation.

Documents I.T. concerns and resolutions for future reference.

Provides orientation on using business email and network usage on newly hired employees.

Ensures to have and maintains system and network recovery solution.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• With:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system maintenance (SAP).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in developing AI-based applications, preferably in a finance-related environment.
• Knowledge of financial/production systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business One).
• Certifications:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.

• Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and network management.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models and analytics tools.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages that are commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, R, or JavaScript).
• AI & Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras or any other framework.
• Data Management: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, data preprocessing, and ETL processes.
• Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Strong ability to write, organize, and maintain comprehensive documentation process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Knowledgeable in process flow charting and process documentation and presentation.

Works well under pressure and be pro-active in every project implementation. Must be efficient in generating, maintaining, and justifying Risk Analysis documentation.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
