Senior Project Engineer (Electrical)

OVER-ALL FUNCTION
Assist the Project Manager to lead the preparation of plans/drawings and monitors the progress of the project
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA. Prepares plans and documents such as;
- Project Schedule
- Electrical and Instrument Specification
- Bill of Material/ Quantities
- Sub-contract Scope of Work / Supply
- Progress Reports and Billing
- Building and installation permit application plans/drawings/documents;
- Electrical plans such as:
(i) Electrical Installation plans / drawings such as Cable and Conduit Schedule, Cable Route, Isometric Drawing, Secondary Support and etc.
(ii) Control Panel Reference Drawing
(iii) Control Panel Details Drawing (is optional but an advantage);(iv)PLC Logic Diagram
(v) Melsec PLC/HMI programming (is optional but an advantage);(vi) Final Document;
C. Monitors the progress of site installation;
D. Provides technical assistance to the site manager/ supervisor in the interpretation of plan/ drawings;
E. Liaise with the customer, general contractor, government agencies, industrial park management, and other parties.
F. Assist in site management/ project supervision, if necessary;
G. Full time position.
Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a reputable University;
- PRC registered Engineer;
- 3 – 5 years of experience in design of industrial facilities and/or installation of electro-
- Working knowledge in the application of various electro-mechanical equipment and
- Experience in project or sub-contractor supervision / management;
- Familiarity in water and wastewater treatment plant process;
- Proficient in general engineering principles;
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
- Can handle multiple task often with competing deadlines;
- Must have a good scholastic records;
- Must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Inc. and Project Sites;
