Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives for financing products within a designated area. They are responsible for leading and motivating a team of Dealer Coordinator/Tele Sales Coordinator, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers, and ensuring the overall profitability and efficiency of financing services within the region.The Territory Sales Manager works closely with the Area Sales head to ensure alignment with overall sales goals and achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for financing products, aligned with the overall area sales plan and in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide inspirational leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Product Specialists, empowering them to achieve individual and team goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers within the region, providing necessary support and collaboration to maximize lead generation and business development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for Dealer Coordinator/Tele Sales Coordinator and financing products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted initiatives to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Head to ensure alignment of sales strategies and optimize overall sales performance within the region.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong culture of compliance and risk management.
- Analyze area sales data and market trends specific to financing products, identifying opportunities for growth and developing targeted sales initiatives.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Dealer Coordinator/Tele Sales Coordinator within the area.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention for Dealer Coordinator/Tele Sales Coordinator.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred; minimum of college level in a business or related course required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales management or a supervisory role within the financial services industry, with a focus on financing products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of financing products, credit risk management, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software tools and technologies, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
