Manila - Technical Assistant/Electrician

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support technical projects, equipment upgrades, and system improvements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Provide support to other technical and operational staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical course or Diploma in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Preferably a licensed electrician (TESDA NC II/NC III or equivalent certification is an advantage).
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and technical manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
