Family Medicine Physician (Employee Clinic)

Makati Life Medical Center is looking for a compassionate, patient-centered, and highly competent Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services for our employees through the Employee Clinic. The physician will be responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of common medical conditions, ensuring employees receive timely, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare while promoting wellness and preventive medicine.

• Conduct outpatient consultations and comprehensive medical evaluations for employees.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions commonly encountered in primary care.
• Perform thorough physical examinations and medical assessments.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, diagnostics, and treatment plans.
• Interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic test results.
• Issue fit-to-work, return-to-work, sick leave, and medical certificates as appropriate.
• Provide preventive healthcare services, including routine health maintenance, vaccinations, and health screenings.
• Manage common occupational health concerns and coordinate care when necessary.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists for further evaluation and management when indicated.
• Provide health education, lifestyle counseling, and disease prevention strategies.
• Participate in employee wellness programs, health promotion initiatives, and vaccination campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medical records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), PhilHealth, and hospital policies and clinical practice guidelines.

• Graduate of Doctor of Medicine with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably a Diplomate or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training is an advantage.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to patient-centered primary care and employee wellness.

Schedule

• Four (4) days per week
• Clinic schedule to be determined based on operational requirements

• Salary: ₱35,000/month
• Work Location: Makati City | Day Shift | Onsite/In-Person
