The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible in preparing various statements of account, monitor, post, record and consolidate other Accounts Receivable related reports and schedules.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- SOP Creation.
- Bi-Monthly Commission Preparation.
- Regular posting of collections in the collection report and recording of various JV entries in the ALAS.
- Issuance of SOP’s as attachment for CTS and DOAS drafting as well as CCT clearances
- Performs related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Accounting Technology;
- Preferably with working knowledge in Accounts Receivable from a real estate company;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours;
- With good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
- Computer proficient
