Regional Business (Sales) Manager - Central Luzon (Agri background required)

We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead our sales force in Luzon, drive business growth, and champion market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales, collections, and product liquidation targets.
- Implement and evaluate sales and marketing programs to maximize product performance and market share.
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs).
- Manage distribution channels (distributors/financiers/dealers) and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, take corrective actions, and ensure inventory movement.
- Analyze competition, identify new opportunities, and recommend new accounts or market expansions.
- Forecast sales and set collection/liquidation targets by territory and crop.
- Oversee field operations, expenses, team discipline, and training.
- Ensure compliance with safety, financial policies, and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related fields.
- 8–10 years of sales and business development experience in the Agrochemical/Agricultural industry, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, and performance management skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Financial acumen: budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Central Luzon, with occasional reporting to the Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig
- Willing to work Mondays to Fridays onsite and Saturdays (WFH)
