As part of this, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience across our retail stores.

Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring strong sales performance, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and team productivity while maintaining Vision Express brand standards.
Qualifications- Must be willing to be assigned to Vision Express SM La Union.
- Available to start ASAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations and store management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive revenue and achieve store targets.
- Experience handling store operations, team management, and customer concerns in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail management systems, and basic computer applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service- Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets through strong customer engagement and operational execution.
- Promote and recommend eyewear products and services based on customer needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and order updates promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and overall customer experience.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct inventory audits and ensure proper product availability and merchandising.
- Ensure all equipment and store facilities are properly maintained and functional.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety guidelines.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate store personnel to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure store teams are knowledgeable about products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze store sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor expenses and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of promotional activities and business-driving initiatives.
- Track KPIs related to sales, customer service, inventory management, and digitalization.
- Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
- Execute in-store promotions, displays, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to remain competitive.
