About the role

As an HR Recruitment Specialist at CPE FOODS', you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dynamic organisation. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent to support the growth and success of our company.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation
• Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure they meet the required skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively address future hiring needs
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
• Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and drive innovation

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably within the consumer goods industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology
• Passionate about talent acquisition and committed to delivering a positive candidate experience
