Paying up to ₱300/h] Experienced Online 1-on-1 ESL Tutor Wanted part& full time

Position Overview

We are hiring passionate and reliable online ESL teachers to teach 1-on-1 English lessons to Chinese learners in a structured and supportive teaching environment.

Students: Chinese learners ONLY, including children, teenagers and adults

Teaching Material: Oxford Phonic World Starter, Cambridge Power Up starter - 3, Oxford Think starter - 5, New Concept English 1-2 and Other Given Materials on Business English and Daily English.

Sat or Sun 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

You can freely select your time slots within the given period. No requirement for being online throughout the entire session. But you'd better extend online hours to increase the booking rate..

Compensations

Base pay is determined by teacher level: PHP 160-270/hour Pay through Payoneer

₱270/h for Ultimate teacher

₱240/h for Advanced teacher

₱220/h for Elite teacher

₱200/h for Core teacher

• New teachers are placed at Level Basic to Elite based on teaching experience, pronunciation, and demo performance,

• OS: Windows 10 or above
• CPU: Intel Core i5 (10th Gen) up to i9 / AMD A Series A8 7500 and above / AMD Ryzen
• Memory: At least 8GB RAM with a minimum of 100GB free hard disk space
• Webcam: High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
• Headset: Extended microphone and noise-cancelling features
• Internet: Wired or wireless connection with at least 25 Mbps speed

Peak Hours:

• Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Class Format:

1. on-1 online classes on Voov

25 minutes per class

Content of the Classes:

For adults: Beginner English, daily conversational English, travel English, interview English, business English, vocabulary learning, as well as exam-focused oral English for IELTS, TOEFL, CET-4, CET-6, TEM-4 and TEM-8.

Teaching materials are provided by the company Including Power Up, Phonic World, Think, New Concept English, materials from Twinkl and other Materials Developed by the company.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional 1-on-1 online English lessons
• Help students improve speaking confidence, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills
• Follow the lesson structure and teaching standards provided by the company
• Build positive classroom relationships and maintain a supportive learning environment
• Encourage student participation and adapt teaching style to student needs
• Complete lesson feedback and class records on time
• Maintain stable attendance, punctuality, and teaching quality
• Cooperate with teaching assistants and the operations team when needed

1. Daily Work Content

• Teach assigned 25-minute 1-on-1 classes
• Use company-provided teaching materials and classroom procedures
• Give simple corrections, encouragement, and guided speaking practice during class
• Submit post-class feedback after each lesson
• Follow class schedules and keep your available slots updated
• Communicate with the support team regarding schedule changes, technical issues, or student concerns
• Join performance reviews or coaching when required
