Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform and be capable of delivering scalable, high-quality applications while working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Build and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications following best practices.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- SecOps
- IRM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.
- Good understanding of ITIL framework.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of GenAI is an added advantage.
- ServiceNow Certifications are a plus.
