Finance Manager

Job Description

San Gines Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and support business growth. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.

• Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and government agencies.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
