- Conduct fun, structured English lessons tailored for young learners
- Use visuals, props, and TPR (Total Physical Response) techniques to maintain engagement
- Encourage participation and build students’ confidence in speaking
- Track progress and provide supportive feedback to both students and parents
- Maintain a warm, patient, and playful classroom environment
- About the Hybrid Role Options:
For those applying under the hybrid fixed-rate model (Php 12,000/month), the majority of your time will still be dedicated to teaching. However, you’ll also take on a secondary role based on your background, with dedicated hours each week for the following tasks:
- Sales Track: You’ll spend approximately 10–20% of your weekly schedule in June supporting the sales team through text and call follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Design Track: You’ll assist with basic content creation, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing platforms. Tasks may include designing static visuals or editing short videos.
Requirements:
- Updated CV
- Lesson demo video (Kids ESL focus)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online preferred)
- TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong classroom management, creativity, and patience
- Confident English speaker with a warm, engaging teaching style
Required Teaching Setup:
- Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500
- Peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headset
- Internet: Wired 25 Mbps + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)
- Power Backup: Minimum of 8 hours
