We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants more than just a recruiting role - you want ownership, learning opportunities, and real career growth.
In this role, you’ll handle end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with local and global leaders, and drive process improvements that shape how we hire.
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → job offer)
- Conduct HR interviews and manage pre-employment compliance
- Administer exams and support applicants via Workday
- Build relationships with hiring managers across units
- Lead BU/project calls and support improvement initiatives
- Create sourcing strategies to strengthen the talent pipeline
- Ensure SLA and candidate experience standards are met
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years end-to-end recruitment experience (BPO/Shared Services a plus)
- Strong passive sourcing, cold calling, and lead gen skills
- Excellent English communication
- Strong time management and stakeholder coordination
- Proficient in recruitment tools & MS Office
- Can start ASAP; mid-shift + 2x/week onsite
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
