A Store Operation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth store execution, merchandise accuracy, and operational efficiency in the store.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises all operation of Kiosk, counter area and cashiering to ensure top quality products are made and served
- Ensure delivery of excellent product quality and customer satisfaction
- Exhibits passion for customer service through regular customer interactions
- Ensures that all raw materials are available and stock level regularly updated
- To ensure that foods are presented/displayed well at all times, re-garnishing when necessary or replenishing.
- Sees to it that proper sanitation procedures are safeguarded and complied within counter and dining area.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration / Hotel & Restaurant Management / or related field
- At least 2 years-experience in the store operations (QSR, restaurants, hospitality industry)
